Product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, availability, imagery, and packaging may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all descriptions, visuals, or product information are entirely error-free.
Waitlists and Early Access
Users may join waitlists for upcoming product releases or launches. Joining a waitlist:
Does not guarantee product availability
Does not reserve inventory
Does not create a purchase agreement
Does not guarantee access timing
We may determine eligibility, access order, and availability at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to fulfil any waitlist position.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis before they are officially available. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that estimated shipping windows are projections and may shift due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, or circumstances outside our control. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel the pre-order and issue any applicable refund. As a consumer in the UK or EU, you retain a 14-day right to cancel your order from the date of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Health Disclaimer
We aim to provide accurate ingredient information, though formulations may change periodically. Our products may be produced in facilities that handle common allergens. Always review product labels and ingredient lists before consuming — especially if you have known allergies or intolerances. Nouma London cannot accept liability for reactions arising from a failure to review product information. Nothing on our website constitutes medical or nutritional advice.
User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, social content, or feedback, you grant Nouma London a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes. By submitting content, you confirm you own it or have the right to share it. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
